My nearest safe place Amidst a rise in instances of domestic abuse during the coronavirus pandemic, UK SAYS NO MORE has launched Safe Spaces in Boots pharmacy, Morrisons pharmacy and some Superdrug and independent pharmacies. Victims of domestic abuse can go to Safe Spaces for someone to collect their thoughts, contact a helpline or find a local support service.

Safe Space Sussex provides a local online directory of victim and witness support services

Safe Lives have a guide on Staying safe at home during Covid-19

Woman’s Aid provide information and support plus ‘rail to refuge’ free train travel

Sussex Police are there to help and have a useful list of other support helplines.

Home Start East Sussex provide a domestic abuse recovery programme & other family support.
