8.30am: Morning Clinic

  • 18 x 10 minute appointments booked 8.30am to 11.30am
  • Additional 13 appointments at the end of the clinic
  • Total of 31 contacts with patients: 2 pre-booked, 7 face to face, 11 Engage Consultations, 11 telephone calls
  • Finished 2 hours late at 1.30pm

1.30pm: Working Lunch

  • Complete 60 prescriptions
  • Review 20 lab test results
  • Drive from Oldwood to Battle for afternoon clinic

2.30pm: Afternoon Clinic

  • 16 x 10 minute appointments booked 2.30pm to 5.30pm

5.30pm: Working break before evening clinic
