We are part of Rural Rother Primary Care Network (PCN).
A PCN is a group of GP practices working together to provide local services. Their purpose is to provide a wider range of integrated services for patients locally.
Rural Rother PCN employ additional staff including pharmacists, social prescribers and first contact physiotherapists to support practices.
The GP practices we work alongside in our PCN are:
