Sussex Mental Healthline

Provide telephone support and information to anyone experiencing mental health problems including stress, anxiety and depression. The service is also available to carers. Visit Sussex Mental Healthline or telephone 0300 5000 101.

Staying Well Space – Out of Hours

The Staying Well Space provide out of hours mental health support for adults aged 16 and over – visit Staying Well Space.

Veterans Mental Health & Wellbeing Service
