The national GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos MORI on behalf of NHS England. The latest survey ran between January and March 2025.
We were delighted with the results and thank all those that responded. Overall we were ranked 45th of the 6,215 surgeries in England.
- 100% of respondents had confidence and trust in the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to during their last general practice appointment – rank 1st in England
- 99% of respondents say the GP treats them with care and concern – rank 11th
- 99% of respondents say the GP listens to them – rank 18th
- 98% of respondents say their overall experience of the surgery is good – rank 23rd
- 93% of respondents think the receptionists are helpful – rank 148th
