Continue to wear face masks

Patients are required to continue to wear face masks when visiting the surgery. This is in line with the government’s  NHS infection control guidance and ensures our staff stay well and able to provide a GP service to you. It also protects other patients that are visiting the surgery at the same time.

If you are exempt from wearing a face mask, please let us know in advance, so we can look at alternatives ways to help you e.g. telephone appointment, sending you information via text or email etc. If you need to come on site, the receptionist will ask you to wait outside for your appointment and the GP/nurse will ask if you can wear a mask for the brief time you are in the clinical room with them. If you are not happy to do this, the GP/nurse will talk to you at the time and agree the best way forward.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
